Hour of Power! — The After Session Workshop

We usually go through life feeling very disconnected from spiritual guidance, but it is right there with you, all the time.

We will collect all the wishes, hopes and dreams participants would like to share and then go into a guided meditation where you will meet your Whole Self, She who is already there, in the future, in the now, with you, around you, within you. All the wisdom you could ever ask for is at hand. You will be guided to listen for answers and direction.

This is a wonderful chance to relax and be guided through a meditation experience, to reset your nervous system and do some psycho-spiritual work!
